| Not much to say about this one. Filled in around 1993. The other end is now under Sainsbury's. This end is solidly bricked up. The council planners responded to a recent planning application to build on top of the tunnel stating that the status of the infill is unknown and must be investigated before the development goes ahead. The application was rejected in the end anyway - I had hoped to give the developers a call and see if I could go along and have a nosey... |
